 Key Responsibilities

In this vital night shift role, you will be directly involved in our core manufacturing processes. Your duties will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating plant machinery within our blending and canning facility.
• Strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to all food safety and quality standards.
• Performing cleaning procedures, preparing formulations, and completing accurate documentation.
• Assisting with routine maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Upholding all health and safety responsibilities to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who bring the right attitude and capability. You will need:

• Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods during a 12-hour night shift.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to travel to our Pokeno site.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Clear reading and writing skills, with basic mathematical accuracy for precise documentation.
• A mechanically minded aptitude and a quick learning ability.
• A strong team-focused work ethic; experience in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
