Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our field team, you will provide essential cleaning services that make a real difference. Your role will involve:
- Performing high-quality domestic cleaning, NDIS disability support cleaning, DVA cleaning, and deep or spring cleaning.
- Providing exceptional, friendly service to clients in their homes.
- Following our proven cleaning systems and standards to ensure outstanding results every time.
- Opting in or out of additional bond clean work based on your preference.
- Representing the Maid2Match brand with professionalism and care.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who embody reliability and a strong work ethic. You will need:
- Your own reliable car and a valid driver’s licence.
- A minimum availability of 2 days per week, Monday to Friday (more days are preferred).
- To be known as a dependable person the one friends and family can always count on.
- Strong communication skills to connect with your team and clients.
- A willingness to complete our comprehensive paid training program (length tailored to your experience).
- No prior cleaning experience is required we train you the “Maid2Match Way.”
