Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Process Worker, you’ll be essential to daily operations. Your tasks will include:
- Safely lifting and moving items weighing 25kg or more.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assisting with stocktaking, inventory management, and general warehouse duties.
- Collaborating effectively with the wider team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service standards.
- Strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a capable and safety-conscious individual with:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (Picker/Packer experience is a plus).
- The ability to work shifts up to 12 hours, including morning and/or night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under pressure.
- Good physical fitness to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
- A forklift license or willingness to obtain one is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
