Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Cleaner, you will be responsible for the critical behind-the-scenes work that keeps our kitchen running smoothly. Your core duties will include:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen tools, utensils, cooking equipment, and work surfaces to meet strict hygiene standards.
• Washing, drying, and meticulously organizing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware.
• Maintaining overall cleanliness and order in all food preparation, storage, and waste disposal areas.
• Providing support to kitchen operations during and after service periods to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following practical requirements:

• Must be physically fit and capable of handling repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
• Able to comply with the dress code: wearing provided uniforms along with personal black long pants and black safety shoes.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-halal kitchen environment.
• Prepared to bring your own meals, as staff meals are not provided.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
