Key Responsibilities
Your role will be centered on providing essential support and comfort to our residents. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting Resident Care Workers (RCWs) with personalized care tasks, always respecting the dignity and independence of each resident.
- Conducting regular temperature checks and health monitoring of residents as part of our wellness protocols.
- Safely assisting with transporting residents to various areas of the residence, such as dining halls, activity rooms, and common areas.
- Recording and measuring resident temperatures during meal services in the dining hall.
- Providing friendly companionship and contributing to a positive, reassuring atmosphere.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings both empathy and a professional attitude to their work. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine sense of caring and compassion for the elderly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
