Key Responsibilities

As a Remittance Officer, you will be the face of our service, managing the end-to-end client experience. Your core duties will include:

Providing exceptional frontline service, onboarding new clients with thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and presenting the company’s best image.
Accurately processing remittance transactions using our computerized systems, ensuring strict compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements.
Acting as a financial advisor by understanding client needs and recommending the most appropriate remittance services and products.
Handling cashiering duties with the utmost honesty and care, managing client funds securely.
Proactively promoting the company’s services and professionally addressing all client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and client-focused individual who meets the following criteria:

A minimum of a Tertiary-level education (Diploma or Degree) is required.
Strong communication skills in English and at least one other language are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or Tagalog is highly valued to serve our diverse client base from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude, a strong dedication to seeing tasks through to completion, and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Must be available to work a 5-day week that includes Sundays and some public holidays.
