Responsibilities
- Drive across Auckland picking up lab samples from clinics and collection points.
- Deliver specimens to the Mount Wellington laboratory safely and promptly.
- Drop off store items and paperwork to different medical locations.
- Load and unload items from the vehicle carefully.
- Log each pick-up and delivery accurately.
- Follow schedules while keeping safety and patient privacy top of mind.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No formal education required.
Experience
No specific years needed, but some background in courier or delivery work is helpful.
Skills
- Good sense of direction and basic time planning.
- Comfortable talking with staff and customers.
- Physically able to lift and carry moderate loads.
- Calm under pressure and punctual.
- Understands safe driving and confidentiality.
Knowledge
- General awareness of Auckland traffic and routes.
- Familiar with basic delivery documentation.
