Key Responsibilities

As a key part of our operations team, you’ll ensure our restaurant always makes a great impression. Your daily and weekly tasks will include:

• Performing essential equipment maintenance, including filtering oil fryers daily to ensure food quality and safety.
• Maintaining the exterior grounds, keeping parking lots and walkways clean and presentable.
• Thoroughly cleaning equipment, interior and exterior windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unloading weekly delivery trucks and safely storing supplies.
• Managing waste by taking out and emptying all trash receptacles.
• Performing basic facility upkeep such as changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and roof areas.

 Qualifications

We’re looking for a proactive individual who is ready to contribute from day one. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic maintenance skills are a plus, but a willingness to learn our specific procedures is most important.
