 Your Role 

As a Room Attendant, your precision and care are vital to the guest experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Graciously and thoughtfully preparing guest residences to the exacting standards of The Ritz-Carlton, ensuring every detail is attended to.
• Thoroughly cleaning all areas of the residence, including making beds, folding terry, dusting, polishing furnishings, and cleaning bathrooms to a spotless condition.
• Replenishing all guest amenities and supplies, ensuring all appliances are present and in perfect working order.
• Removing trash, dirty linens, and room service items, and transporting your supply cart over various surfaces.
• Vacuuming carpets and performing floor care duties with meticulous attention.
• Anticipating and addressing guest service needs with discretion and professionalism, welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to our standards.
• Strictly adhering to all safety, security, and confidentiality policies, and reporting any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.

What You Bring

• A professional and gracious attitude, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
• The physical ability to perform the role, including moving, lifting, and carrying objects (up to 25 lbs alone, more with assistance), bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to maintain our high standards.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support colleagues to reach common goals.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• No prior experience or specific education is required—we provide comprehensive training in The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards and service procedures.
