Key Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure our guests return to a perfectly refreshed room every day. Your core duties will include:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing guestrooms according to our established brand standards, paying close attention to every detail.
• Preparing your housekeeping cart at the start of each shift with all necessary supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Removing all trash and used linens from guestrooms and hallways, maintaining a tidy environment.
• Replenishing guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and coffee items.
• Vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, and ensuring hallways and public areas near your section are clean.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or missing in-room equipment promptly to your supervisor.
• Interacting with guests in a friendly, courteous manner and respecting guest privacy.
• Restocking your cart and chemicals at the end of your shift to prepare for the next day.

Qualifications 

We are looking for reliable individuals who embody our service-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates willing to learn.
• The physical ability to perform the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and constant standing, bending, and pushing/pulling a housekeeping cart.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• The reliability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy and security.
