 Key Responsibilitie

As a Production Operator at Lasko, you will be a vital part of our assembly and manufacturing process. Your day-to-day duties will ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect:

• Assembling products on the production line with consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to quality.
• Operating light manufacturing machinery and performing inspections on produced parts.
• Keeping your workstation and the production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Stocking the assembly line with necessary components and inspecting parts for defects.
• Testing finished products for proper function and compliance with specifications.
• Performing minor repairs or adjustments to assembled products as needed.
• Communicating effectively with your team lead or supervisor about any production or quality issues.

Qualifications

We are looking for dependable individuals who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good physical dexterity and the ability to stand, walk, and use hands for repetitive tasks throughout a shift.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to following safety and quality procedures.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not required—we provide training for motivated individuals.

Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting, including standing, walking, and handling materials.

Work Environment: This is a light manufacturing environment where you may be exposed to typical conditions such as dust, odors, and noise.
