Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the face of our service on the ground, ensuring our machines are always running smoothly and fully stocked. Your key duties will include:

• Transporting, setting up, and installing vending machines at new and existing client locations.
• Performing routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and on-the-spot troubleshooting to fix common mechanical and electrical issues.
• Refilling machines with beverages and snacks, managing inventory levels, and ensuring products are well-presented and within date.
• Handling cash collection and basic reconciliation from machines (where applicable).
• Monitoring machine performance and sales data to help plan efficient replenishment routes.
• Coordinating with suppliers for stock and with logistics partners for machine movements as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dependable individual who can work independently. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience working with vending machines (setup, maintenance, or operations) is a strong advantage.
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn our specific equipment.
• The physical ability to lift and move moderate loads (e.g., cartons of drinks and snacks).
• A valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred (though optional), as it would be highly advantageous for the role.
• A responsible, organized, and self-motivated work ethic with good time management.
• The flexibility to adapt to a schedule based on machine locations and service needs.
