Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you will provide essential services that make a real difference in our clients’ lives. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing detailed cleaning of residential homes, following our proven systems for dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Ensuring every home meets our high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction, paying close attention to specific client requests and preferences.
• Communicating respectfully and professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure their complete happiness with our service.
• Working collaboratively with your team partner to clean efficiently and effectively, supporting each other throughout the day.
• Maintaining company equipment and supplies, and keeping your assigned vehicle clean and organized.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and the client’s home.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude. Here’s what you’ll need:

• A strong commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to deliver excellent results.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a two-person team.
• Reliable personal transportation to get to our office in Bethlehem, PA, and for travel between job sites (mileage between homes is reimbursed).
• Willingness to undergo our comprehensive paid training program; no previous professional cleaning experience is required.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with some local travel required.

Preferred: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but we are fully equipped to train the right person.
