Key Responsibilities
In this physically demanding role, you will be a key part of the daily production workflow. Your primary duties will include:
- Safely and repeatedly lifting and tipping 25kg bags of ingredients into processing machinery.

- Operating machinery and equipment as required, with full training provided.
- Strictly adhering to all hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety protocols.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:
- Excellent physical fitness and the strength to perform repetitive heavy lifting (25kg bags) throughout a 12-hour shift.
- The ability and willingness to work a rotating 4-on-4-off roster, covering both day (6:00 am – 6:00 pm) and night (6:00 pm – 6:00 am) shifts.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures meticulously.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice criminal convictions check.
- At least two professional references.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude are also important.
