Key Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring electrical systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Your key duties will include:
- Leading the assembly, installation, testing, and preventive maintenance of various electrical equipment and control systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical malfunctions and system failures efficiently and effectively.
- Providing supervision, guidance, and on-the-job training to junior electricians and apprentices.
- Reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensuring all work complies with Singapore’s electrical codes, safety regulations, and site-specific requirements.

- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a fully qualified and proactive electrician with leadership capability. The essential requirements are:
- Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program and relevant trade certification.
- Substantial post-apprenticeship experience as an Electrician, with a strong portfolio of hands-on work in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity.
- Expertise in using a wide array of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards (WSH), and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with clients and other stakeholders effectively.
