Key Responsibilities
As a key support member of our workshop team, your learning journey will include:
- Assisting with meticulous vehicle preparation, which is the essential first step for all our coating and protection services.
- Supporting our senior technicians in the application of ceramic coatings and the installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF).
- Performing general workshop duties to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Safely and responsibly handling customer vehicles, moving them within the workshop as required.
- Providing helpful customer service and assisting with basic administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
- Working closely with and learning directly from our experienced installers and technicians every day.
Qualifications
We are looking for the right attitude and foundation. The ideal trainee will have:
- A valid Australian driver’s licence (manual or automatic).
- A strong, reliable work ethic and a proactive willingness to learn and absorb new skills.
- A clear passion for cars and automotive care, with a natural attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and pride in producing quality work.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.
- No prior experience is necessary – we are committed to providing complete, paid training for the right candidate
