Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll ensure our kitchen operates smoothly from open to close. Your core duties will include:

• Thoroughly washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils, using commercial dishwashers or by hand as required.
• Keeping your dish station and surrounding work areas impeccably clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
• Carefully sorting, stacking, and safely transporting all clean items to their proper storage locations for the kitchen and service staff.
• Adhering strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation codes to maintain our high standards.
• Stepping in to support the team with basic kitchen tasks during slower periods, showcasing your flexibility.

• Must have consistent and reliable transportation to and from work in Sullivan, MO.
• A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and personal integrity.
