Key Responsibilities

You will be the cornerstone of our kitchen’s cleanliness and operational flow. Your primary duties will ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes:

• Thoroughly wash all dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans using our commercial dishwashing machine.
• Clean and maintain the dishwashing equipment and the entire dishwashing area to a spotless standard.
• Manage waste by clearing rubbish bins throughout your shift and ensuring no trash is left overnight.
• Keep storage areas for clean dishes and equipment tidy and well-organized.
• Assist with other general cleaning tasks and ad-hoc duties as requested by the kitchen management team.
