Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role on the production line, where precision and consistency are paramount. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
- Mounting various components like transformers, resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits onto chassis panels or circuit boards.
- Installing wiring, units, and assembly casings using appropriate techniques such as soldering, bolting, or riveting.
- Performing visual inspections and basic functional tests on assembled units to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to all factory safety and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar technical field.
- A Vocational Diploma, TESDA National Certificate (NC II), or a Short Course Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a similar field.
- This position is open to first-time overseas workers (First Timers) who are eager to build an international career.
- Good communication skills in English to understand work instructions and collaborate with the team.
