Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role on the production line, where precision and consistency are paramount. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
• Mounting various components like transformers, resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits onto chassis panels or circuit boards.
• Installing wiring, units, and assembly casings using appropriate techniques such as soldering, bolting, or riveting.
• Performing visual inspections and basic functional tests on assembled units to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to all factory safety and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets efficiently.

Qualifications

This role is an excellent match for a motivated candidate with foundational skills. The requirements are:

• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar technical field.
• A Vocational Diploma, TESDA National Certificate (NC II), or a Short Course Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a similar field.
• This position is open to first-time overseas workers (First Timers) who are eager to build an international career.
• Good communication skills in English to understand work instructions and collaborate with the team.
