Key Responsibilities

As a Rooms Division Attendant, you will be essential in delivering the pristine and seamless environment our guests deserve.

• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance across all assigned public areas, anticipating guest needs at every turn.
• Utilize our innovative Princess MedallionClass technology to enhance the guest experience and streamline service delivery.
• Promptly set up and break down locations for activities, official inspections, and special events with efficiency and precision.
• Responsibly manage and use all consumable items, linens, and cleaning chemicals to minimize waste and uphold environmental protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all public health standards and collaborate with the team to swiftly respond to any situations requiring elevated sanitation levels.
• Proactively report any maintenance issues and ensure all assigned equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is required.
