Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work alongside licensed professionals to facilitate a positive and effective rehabilitation experience. Your key duties will include:
- Providing support and motivation to clients during their training and exercise sessions.
- Assisting with client transportation to and from the facility using a company vehicle.
- Helping with the preparation of the facility before sessions and maintaining a clean, safe environment through light cleaning duties.
- Collaborating with physical therapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs) to ensure a seamless and supportive care plan for each client.
- Please note: This role focuses on exercise support and does not involve heavy personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, or meal assistance.
Qualifications
We believe that a great attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important qualities. The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid standard Japanese driver’s license (AT limited is acceptable) for client pick-up and drop-off.
- A genuine passion for helping people and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience or specific qualifications are required—we provide full training!
- The ability to work in a physically active environment and a commitment to supporting our clients.
