Key Responsibilities
- Operate graders safely and efficiently to achieve precise earthmoving results
- Conduct routine maintenance, including refueling, greasing, and general upkeep of equipment
- Set up and work with total station equipment for accurate grading
- Plan and prepare daily tasks in coordination with the team
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements at all times
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and colleagues on project progress
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A valid grader ticket
- Minimum 3–4 years of grader operating experience
- Current First Aid certification
- White Card for construction site compliance
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Australian work authorization (permanent resident or citizen)
