Key Responsibilities

• Operate graders safely and efficiently to achieve precise earthmoving results
• Conduct routine maintenance, including refueling, greasing, and general upkeep of equipment
• Set up and work with total station equipment for accurate grading
• Plan and prepare daily tasks in coordination with the team
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements at all times
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and colleagues on project progress

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A valid grader ticket
• Minimum 3–4 years of grader operating experience
• Current First Aid certification
• White Card for construction site compliance
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Australian work authorization (permanent resident or citizen)
