Key Responsibilities

As the technical expert on the ground, you will be entrusted with a range of critical duties, including:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing complex heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Leading the hands-on execution of the preventative maintenance program, adhering to strict schedules and high standards.
• Expertly responding to and resolving hot/cold calls through advanced troubleshooting of system issues.
• Performing detailed checks, repairs, and replacements of system components such as valves, motors, compressors, pumps, and building automation controls.
• Taking on a leadership role by training and mentoring new technicians on commercial HVAC systems, BMS, and BAS.
• Maintaining impeccable attendance and reliability for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in commercial HVAC systems.
• A valid EPA CFC Universal Certification, with all other required city and state licenses for the work location.
• Expert working knowledge of various systems, including chilled water, variable air volume (VAV), and variable refrigerant flow (VRF).
• Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• A team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable mindset with a strong commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
• The ability to lead, train, and share knowledge with less experienced technicians effectively.
