Key Responsibilities

As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll ensure the seamless flow of clean linens throughout the facility. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Sorting and processing soiled linens, towels, and uniforms for washing.
Loading and unloading washers and dryers with care and attention to settings.
Folding, organizing, and storing clean linens and towels neatly.
Measuring and refilling laundry chemicals as required.
Maintaining and cleaning laundry equipment, including lint trap removal and floor sweeping.
Inspecting items for stains or damage and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Keeping the laundry and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Issuing linens and towels to staff as needed.
Reporting safety hazards, maintenance issues, and lost items promptly.
Assisting with additional housekeeping or cleaning duties as assigned.
