We are currently seeking a Guest Environment Expert (Housekeeping Associate) who will help us maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of our hotel while ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Environment Expert, your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for every guest. Your main responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to hotel standards.
• Making beds, replacing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring every detail reflects JW quality.
• Handling guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Restocking housekeeping carts and ensuring sufficient supplies are available.
• Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues or damages.
• Following safety and sanitation policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assisting team members as needed to uphold smooth operations throughout the property.

This role involves being active throughout your shift standing, walking, bending, and handling objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with care.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not required we provide comprehensive training.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company standards at all times.
