Key Responsibilities
- Perform flux core and arc welding operations according to AWS D1.1 and CWB standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
- Inspect, test, and verify welded joints to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Maintain, adjust, and repair welding equipment and tools as needed.
- Operate cutting torches and plasma cutters for precise material preparation.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain production efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in large-scale fabrication or heavy industrial environments.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality control systems.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 60 lbs).
- Comfortable working in positions that require standing, bending, or kneeling.

Salary
Base pay ranges from $45,000 to $73,000 per year, depending on experience and certification level.
