Princess Alexandra Retirement Village in Napier is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our care team. This full-time position offers a stable schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Friday to Tuesday, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and companionship. Your responsibilities will include:

Building lasting, meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Delivering personalized care aligned with each resident’s care plan.
Using our purpose-built care app, myRyman, to record and manage care efficiently.
Supporting and collaborating with fellow team members to maintain a positive, team-focused environment.
Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

Preferred

Previous experience in caregiving, aged care, or healthcare support.

Salary

NZD $26.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift allowances.
