Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all warehouse processes comply with Micron’s standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support leaders in maintaining and improving productivity across warehouse operations.
- Address operational inefficiencies and assist with implementing process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the shift, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Participate in the standardization and improvement of warehouse workflows.
- Serve as a key contact point for designated work areas.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Micron standards.
- Provide immediate feedback and corrective actions when quality or process issues arise.
Qualifications and Experience
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing concepts.
Compensation and Benefits
- NT$35,000 – NT$50,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
