This position offers an hourly wage between $15 and $28 per hour, depending on experience and location. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage in your area.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply where criteria are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including restrooms, entrances, parking lots, and backroom areas.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently following company standards.
- Assist in maintaining clean, hazard-free shopping and working areas for customers and associates.
- Respond promptly to spills, debris, or other hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to uphold high cleanliness standards.
