Key Responsibilities
As part of the H2flow Hire team, your role will include:
- Delivering and applying water safely and efficiently as required by clients.
- Operating water trucks for dust suppression, soil compaction, horticultural watering, and bulk water delivery.
- Using a smartphone or tablet to complete digital dockets, job records, and timesheets.
- Completing site and online inductions as required for various projects.
- Maintaining a clean and safe truck, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Following company safety policies and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) at all times.
- Upholding H2flow Hire’s professional standards on every job site.
Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum HR driver’s licence.
- Construction Industry Blue-White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Fit and healthy, with the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Access to a smartphone for digital reporting and communication.
Preferred
- Previous water truck or civil construction experience.
- Queensland Rail accreditation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging between AUD $32 – $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
